Abstract:

The article is devoted to the review and analysis of anti-Moscow poetry by Marcin Paszkowski. This poet is primarily known for historians as a co-author of the Alexander Guagnini’s chronicle. In the Paszkowski’s poetry were imprinted the realias of the relationships between the Russian and Polish governments. Paszkowski on the pages of his works created a complex historical and cultural concept, which explained the necessity of capturing and re-colonization the territories of Muscovy by Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Marcin Paszkowski holds a significant position among the authors, who demanded the immediate intervention of the Polish forces into the Muscovite state during the «Time of Troubles» period.
