Abstract:

The article analyzes the spectrum of relationships between political exiles of the late XIX — early XX century. And representatives of state authorities implementing the Regulations on Police Supervision. The study reflects a tendency towards increased hostility between representatives of official power and state criminals during the pre-revolutionary period of the Russian Empire, as well as the reasons for such a transformation.
