Abstract:

The article analyzes the reasons for the deterioration in the relations between political exiles and representatives of state authorities implementing the Regulations on Police Supervision on the eve of the first Russian revolution. The study reflects the existence of both objective and subjective prerequisites, leading to increased hostility between representatives of official power and state criminals in the pre-revolutionary period of Russian history.
