Abstract:

In the scientific article the historical periods of formation and development of assessment, estimated activity and the legislation on estimated activity in Russia are considered. The author has formulated the main conclusions of the carried-out national and historical analysis of the bases of emergence and development of independent estimated activity in the Russian Federation taking into account the current state of the legislative base.
