Abstract:

The article considers with two points of view on the organization of the bar in the nineties of the twentieth century. The representative is G.M. Reznik, who claims that legal advice has become obsolete. Active advocates of legal advice at the time were such well-known scholars-lawyers, as A.P. Galaganov, A.D. Svyatotsky and others. In addition, the author gives biographies of the most famous lawyers of the time.
