Abstract:

This article touches upon the issues connected with the church reforms in the second half of the 19th century. Much attention is paid to the changes that followed the Parish Reform of 1864. The major spheres of further reforming in 1870—1880 are pointed out. The analysis given in the article makes it possible to describe the general set of Alexander II´s Church Reforms and further changes appeared during the reign of Alexander III.
