Abstract:

The main stages of organization and legislative recognition of the legal profession in Russia, in the course of the reforms of Alexander II, review and analyze in the article. The urgency of the article consists the history of the formation of the legal profession in Russia which still not completely explored by Russian scientists and lawyers.
