Abstract:

The article is devoted to the issues of organization and holding of the international scientific conference «The World War One: the year 1914» in Tula State University in June 2014 attention to the organization of preparatory work during 2013—2014; aspects of international cooperation . The conference participants was novel, the introduction into scientific use the little-known sources. At meetings of the conference discussed various aspects of the history and historiography of the Great War 1914—1918.
