Abstract:

The author analyzes the background, features and content of the process of returning to the Russian science of the creative heritage of the Russian-American sociologist Pitirim Alexandrovich Sorokin. The role of Soviet and Russian scientists in the study of scientific achievements and the preservation of the heritage of the outstanding thinker of the twentieth century. The content of sorokiniana is disclosed.
