Abstract:

The article considers features of a dialogue model of communication among the visitors and the collection using an example of the innovating permanent exhibition «The history of small arms and bladed weapons from the XIV century to the present day» in the Tula State Arms Museum. This article emphasizes that special museum space is formed by means of the newest multimedia and the unique arms collection. This space has a high power of the informative and emotional influence on the museum audience.
