Abstract:

The article reveals the historical contribution of the famous Russian diplomat Vitaly Ivanovich Churkin to the formation of the modern architecture of Russian foreign policy. The vital and professional path of diplomatic career, and the vivid struggle of V.I. Churkin in defending Russia´s interests in the UN are analyzed.
