In the article, the author examines the problem of the impact on the public consciousness, used by fascist Germany. One of these methods was a lie, realized in the form of ideological myths and in the form of concrete-event fabrications. Their combination in the “psychological war” allowed them to influence the worldview of the enemy, impose on him the necessary behavior not only in certain situations, but also with long-term goals - the return of Nazi ideas in the future.
