Abstract:

The Soviet state already in the 1920s — 1930s put into practice the ideas of social justice. On the basis of regional material, the author considers measures of social support for persons with disabilities as an example of the implementation in practice of slogans of a socialist state. Everyday practices provide an opportunity to identify the uniqueness of Soviet society and some trends in the development of the Soviet state in the early stages of formation.
