Abstract:

The article analyzes the role and place of fiction in the process of studying the topic of war in the course of sociology of international relations. The necessity of studying the phenomenon of war is shown. It is argued that the war remains one of the most pressing problems of the world community. The author of the article refers to the work of writers who themselves were participants or witnesses of wars. The reflections and conclusions of writers about the war are a warning for young people, for all citizens of the XXI century. Some forms of work with students on the development of military-themed works are listed.
