Abstract:

The authors of the article examined the dynamics of the changes in the combat manuals of the Red Army, Soviet Army, and Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The most important area of transformation in the army was the development and implementation of new military manuals, which were important for improving the effectiveness of training and education of military personnel. The charters gathered, summarized and legislatively consolidated the experience of past wars, organizational and staff reforms, the system of training and education of military personnel.
