Abstract:

The article analyzes the artistic and journalistic works devoted to Mexico. The problems of modern Mexican society are considered by studying the novel "Senorita Mexico" by Enrique Serna, the poems of Elsa Cross and Eduardo Lizalde, the works of the young form by Angeles Mastretta and Juan Villoro, the play by Emilio Carballido, of interviews by Carlos Landeros. Journalistic articles by French and Russian authors are used to reveal the Mexican identity.
