Abstract:

In the article, the author examines the history of the creation of courses for the training of the command staff of the Tula militia in the early 20s of the XX century. The process of formation of courses with the selection of teaching staff, optimization of the training program is revealed. The issues of professional competence of the command and teaching staff, staff strength are touched upon. Special attention is paid to the quality of the numerical and qualitative composition of the listeners.
