Abstract:

The article examines the process of changing the Tula party organization in the last years of the USSR by age, party experience, social status and ideological attitudes in connection with socio-economic and political processes in the country. The article is a continuation of the works devoted to the development of Soviet society and the state in the second half of the XX century.
