Abstract:

The article implements an overview of the most important funds of Central State Historical Archive in Kiev, which reflect the state and legal activities of Ukrainian autonomous administrative and judicial control. The main attention is paid to the documentary base, which appeared to be a result of their daily working activities. The study aims to identify the very funds, inventories and literal works that directly reveal the content of the determined activities;to point the importance of the aforecited activities for the general scientific research. The subject of the research is to identify the works that reveal the full extent of the professional activities of state and judicial institutions in the process of organization and implementation the socio-political, legal and other aspects of life. First there were disclosed the funds contents of the Gen-eral Military Chancellery, Marching Military Office, the Office of hetman K. Rozumovsky, the Regimental and Centesimal Offices — as the substantial parts of Hetman governmental body; and only after — the Offices of first and second Malorussian Collegium, the Offices of the Min-isterial Board and Malorussian Governor-General. An important part of the article provides an overview of the Military Court Fundcontent; funds and storage units of regiment, zemskypovet and grodskycourts as well.The overview of Magistrates and Guildhall central management are of the same importance.
